Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026
This policy explains what information the Octopus ARTS website (loadingrich.com) collects when you use the Demo download or the consultation form, and how it is used. Octopus ARTS is developed and operated by RioNguyen.
1. Information we collect
Demo download (email verification and Demo license)
- Your email address and your MT5 Demo account ID.
- The page language (English or Vietnamese).
- A one-time verification code that we send to your email address, and the result of a Cloudflare Turnstile security check.
- Information we generate for the Demo: a Demo license linked to the MT5 Demo account ID you entered, an activation code, expiry dates and a download token.
Backtest access (Strategy Tester)
If you request 24-hour Backtest access for your registered MT5 Demo account, we record:
- Backtest access data is linked to your existing Demo license record (the Demo license and MT5 Demo account ID the access is tied to) and your registered email address, which is used to send a one-time verification code.
- When access was issued and when it expires, how many times it has been renewed, and the outcome of each request (issued, renewed, downloaded or refused).
- A session cookie that keeps you signed in to this feature for up to 7 days, and never longer than your Demo license.
We do not collect your MT5 password or Investor password, trading or backtest history, backtest results, or hardware identifiers. The renewal count is the number of times access was granted; it does not measure how many backtests you ran.
Consultation request form
- Your full name and at least one contact method (email, phone number or Telegram username).
- Estimated trading capital, if you choose to provide it.
- The page language, the page you submitted from, and a record that you accepted the consent checkbox.
Technical information
When your browser connects to the website or to our services, technical information such as your IP address and browser details is processed by our hosting and security providers (see section 4) to deliver the service and to protect it against abuse.
Campaign source (Demo and consultation forms)
When you submit the Demo or consultation form, we also record where the visit came from, so we can see which channels produce enquiries: the campaign parameters in the page address (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term) when present, the page path (for example / or /vi/) and, for Demo requests, the hostname of the website that referred you (not the full address). This information is held in page memory only until you submit a form; it is not stored in cookies or browser storage and is not used to follow you across visits.
Browser storage
After a successful Demo request, the page keeps the Demo result (MT5 account ID, activation code and expiry dates) in your browser's session storage so the page can recover if you refresh it. It stays on your device, is limited to that browser tab session, and is removed when the session ends or when you restart the Demo flow. We do not use advertising trackers on this website. How we measure website usage is described under “Website analytics” below.
Website analytics
We measure how the public website is used in two separate ways:
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — used for page views and site performance, such as page load time. According to Cloudflare, it measures without cookies or browser storage and without cross-site tracking. It is provided through our hosting provider.
- Google Analytics 4 — used to understand how visitors use the public website, for example which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked. It is off by default: it is only loaded if you choose “Allow analytics” in the banner on loadingrich.com. When you allow it, Google Analytics sets first-party cookies in your browser (named
_gaand_ga_followed by an identifier) and receives information such as the pages you view, your approximate location, device and browser details, and your IP address as processed by Google. We do not use Google Signals or advertising personalization, and we do not send your email address, MT5 account ID, verification or activation codes, or form contents to Google Analytics.
Analytics preferences. Your choice is stored on your device in your browser’s local storage as the value “granted” or “denied”, so the banner does not appear on every page. You can change it at any time with the “Analytics preferences” button in the page footer. If you decline or withdraw, we stop sending analytics events and remove the Google Analytics cookies we can reach on this site; reloading the page applies the change fully. If your browser blocks storage, the choice cannot be remembered and the banner will appear again.
Google’s handling of the data it receives is described in Google’s own privacy policy. Fixed retention periods for analytics data are not currently published.
2. How we use it
- To verify that you control the email address you entered.
- To issue a Demo license for the MT5 Demo account and to let you download the Demo file.
- To protect the Demo and license services against abuse, automated requests and fraud.
- To reply to your consultation request.
- To manage Backtest access: to issue, renew and re-deliver it, and to protect the service against abuse. A high renewal count does not by itself block your access.
3. Consent
You tick a consent box before sending either form. Your submission is voluntary; without the required fields we cannot provide the Demo or reply to your request.
4. Third-party services
- Cloudflare — website hosting, the Turnstile security check, Web Analytics (page views and performance) and the infrastructure that runs our Demo and license services.
- Google Analytics — website usage analytics, only after you choose “Allow analytics” (see “Website analytics” above).
- Email delivery — your verification code is sent to your email address by an email delivery service.
- Google Fonts — the site loads its font from Google, so your browser contacts Google when the page loads.
- External sites — Myfxbook, MQL5 and Telegram are separate websites with their own policies; their data practices are not covered here.
5. Retention
Fixed retention periods for this information are not currently published.
Backtest access data is linked to your existing Demo license record. No new or separate retention period is set for it.
6. Your requests
You can contact RioNguyen through the official Telegram community (section 7) to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. Whether a request can be fulfilled depends on whether the information is still retained and on the legal requirements that apply. You can change your analytics choice yourself at any time with the “Analytics preferences” button in the footer.
7. Contact

8. Changes
We may update this policy as the website or the Demo flow changes. The date at the top shows the latest update.
