By using the Octopus ARTS website (loadingrich.com) or the Octopus ARTS Demo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them. Octopus ARTS is developed and operated by RioNguyen.

1. What Octopus ARTS is

Octopus ARTS is an automated trading management tool (an Expert Advisor) for MetaTrader 5. It is software. It is not investment advice, a brokerage service, a signal service or a managed-account service, and nothing on this website is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.

2. Trading risk

Trading Forex, CFDs and gold involves a high level of risk and you may lose part or all of your capital. Octopus ARTS does not guarantee profits or remove trading risk. Past performance, historical backtests and monitored account results do not guarantee future results. This section works together with the Risk Warning on the website.

3. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, your account, your broker, your capital, your configuration and your risk settings, and for checking that using the software is lawful where you live.

4. Demo and license

• The Demo is intended for MT5 Demo accounts only. Live accounts and the Strategy Tester are not supported.
• A Demo license is linked to the MT5 Demo account ID you registered and has a limited period. The activation code is intended for the first activation of that MT5 installation.
• Do not share, resell or try to circumvent the license, the verification steps or the download protection, and do not use automated requests to abuse the Demo service.
• Do not copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the software, except where the law expressly allows it.

5. Updates and availability

The software, the website and the Demo may change, be updated or become unavailable at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

6. No warranty and limitation of liability

The website and the Demo are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for trading losses, lost profits or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website or the software.

7. Purchases and support

Pricing, purchase conditions, refunds and the scope of support are confirmed separately at the time of purchase or consultation. This page does not define a refund policy.

8. Third-party links

Links to Myfxbook, MQL5, Telegram and other websites lead to services we do not control. Their content and policies are their own.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest update; continuing to use the website or the Demo after an update means you accept the updated terms.
